Accessibility Policy

WonderWorks welcomes the general public to enjoy an interactive experience and will make a reasonable effort to accommodate any special needs. 

WonderWorks is  wheelchair accessible with elevator access to all three levels of the attraction.  Wheelchairs are not available on property but guests are able to bring their own.

Trained service animals are permitted to accompany visitors with disabilities.  Exhibits that focus on the sense of touch and feel include: Hurricane Hole, Earthquake Simulator, Titanic Exhibit, Bed of Nails, Pull Yourself Up, Sound Lab and Roller Coaster Simulator.

The majority of exhibits within the WonderWorks attraction are visual and include signage to explain how they work.

Guests that are experiencing the Outta Control Dinner Show and require an interpreter, must make advanced reservations 2-weeks prior to arrival in order to accommodate this request.  Cancellation to your reservation would need to be made 72hrs prior to arrival or tickets are considered non-refundable.
