Q. What are WonderWorks operating hours?

A: WonderWorks is open Monday-Sunday 365 days a year starting at 9:00am.

Q. What will I find inside WonderWorks?

A: It’s an indoor interactive amusement park for the mind. Fun for All Ages! Experience over 100 interactive exhibits for all ages. Special features include the World’s largest indoor ropes challenge course, lazer-tag and Pigeon Forge magic show, The Wonders of Magic, starring master magician Terry Evanswood.

Q. How long does it take to tour the attraction?

A: Allow at least 3- 4 hours but spend as much time as you like.

Q. Can I bring food into WonderWorks?

A: No, outside food and drinks are not permitted inside WonderWorks

Q. Can I take pictures?

A: You can take pictures inside. Great photo spots in WonderWorks include: The Spacesuit, Mercury Capsule, Hurricane Simulator, Rock Wall and more!

Q. Where can I park?

A: Plenty of parking is provided at no charge in the WonderWorks Pigeon Forge parking lot in front of the building.

Q. What is the best way to dress for a day at the attraction? Is there any clothing that isn't permissible?

A: WonderWorks is a casual, family-oriented attraction. We suggest you dress comfortably. Closed shoes are required for our ropes course. No skirts or dresses permitted on the ropes course. Please dress family friendly.

Q. Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?

A: WonderWorks is equipped with elevators for wheelchairs and strollers. Please view our ADA policy under company news on our website

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept Cash, Travelers Checks and all the major Credit Cards.

Q. Can I exit the attraction and return later in the day?

A: Yes, tickets allow unlimited fun all day, come and go as you please.

Q. Are there any height, weight or other requirements for any of the rides?

A: Yes:

  • Wonder Coaster – Must be at least 48” ( 4' ) to participate.
  • Ropes Course – Must be at least 42" ( 3'6" ) with an adult or 48" ( 4' ) to participate alone. Maximum height is 80" ( 6'8” ). Closed shoes required. Maximum weight limit is 300 pounds.
  • Rock Climbing – Closed shoes required. Minimum 40 pounds and maximum 250 pounds.
  • 360 Bikes – Closed shoes required and 58” ( 4'10" ) tall to participate.

Q. Do you offer school field trip?

A: Yes, WonderWorks will ignite student’s interest and hold their attention for hours. With an emphasis on science, students will learn while having the time of their lives! The WonderWorks field trip includes grade level lesson plans that correlate with the State Standards. To book school groups please fill out our booking form. (865) 868-1815

Q. Do you host birthday parties?

A: We have several Pigeon Forge birthday parties packages for  to choose from; please see our birthday page for more details.

Q. Does WonderWorks serve food?

A: Yes, at the WonderDog Café. Take a break and pull up a chair to enjoy the fresh hand tossed pizza, hot dogs, popcorn, Pepsi products and more.

Q. What is available in the WonderWorks gift shop?

A: WonderWorks has the coolest gift shop in Pigeon Forge! Don't leave town without one of our most popular Logo Items! We have WonderWorks T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Mugs and more! Admission to gift shop is no charge. COME CHECK IT OUT!!!

Q. What are the busiest times of the year at WonderWorks?

A: Typically:

  • Mid-March through Late April ("Spring Break")
