WonderWorks Courtesy Press Ticket Policy
The media press ticket policy for WonderWorks enables working media to become familiar with the attraction if the intent is to cover the attraction for a story. This courtesy is extended to active members of the news media only, not including administrations, sales or retired personnel. We will consider requests as a professional courtesy on a case-by-case basis based upon the relevancy of each applicant’s news outlet and market.
*All coverage is required to be shared with WonderWorks post-visit.
Print & Television*:
Editors, News Reporters, Photojournalists, Publishers, Managing/Assignment Editors, Freelance Writers, News Producers, News Directors, News/Sports Reporters, Managing/Assignment/Planning Editors, News Writers, Editorial Web Producers, Photojournalists and Meteorologists.
- National Media Outlets (i.e. ABC, CBS, NBC News, Fox News, NY Times, Washington Post, Huffington Post, People Magazine etc.) will receive four (4) complimentary tickets for one (1) visit.
- Area/Regional Media Outlets (i.e. Knoxville News Sentinel, Orlando Sentinel, Locals SYR, local news stations, etc.) will receive two (2) complimentary tickets for one (1) visit.
*Affiliates above that also have online presence will receive the same benefits listed above.
Complimentary visits will only be granted to those media intending to cover their visit to the attraction and share their coverage. All requests must be emailed to press@attractionsupportservices.com and must be received at least three (3) business days before the requested visit date. Blackout dates may apply. Once your request is received and approved, you will receive an email confirming your visit.

- Outlet you represent
- Date of intended visit
- Number of requested tickets
- Phone number
- Email address
- Business address
- Media credentials
- Desired Location to Visit
Where to Pick Up Press Tickets:
Bloggers & Influencers:
Bloggers & Influencers with an established social media following where the channel features travel, lifestyle, entertainment or consumer news will receive two (2) complimentary tickets for one (1) visit.
*Established social media is defined as: Facebook/Twitter/YouTube pages with over 25,000 likes/followers plus a business website. If you only have one of the social media criteria met, we will provide (1) complimentary ticket for one (1) visit.
Complimentary visits will only be granted to those media intending to cover their visit to the attraction and share their coverage. Requests must be received at least three (3) business days before the requested visit date. Blackout dates may apply. Once your request is received, you will receive email confirming your visit. All bloggers & influencers must complete the form below.*
*Due to the volume of requests, for those that do not qualify, you will not receive a ticket confirmation email.
