Parking is available at the Pointe Orlando parking garage. Parking fees are $5.00 for the first two hours, $7.00 for three hours, $10.00 for four hours, with a maximum fee of $10.00.What is the best way to dress for a day at the attraction? Any clothing that isn’t permissible?
WonderWorks is a casual, family-oriented attraction. We suggest you dress comfortably. Closed shoes are required for our ropes course. No skirts or dresses permitted on the ropes course. Please dress family friendly.Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?
WonderWorks is equipped with elevators for wheelchairs and strollers. Please view our ADA policy.Can I rent a wheelchair from WonderWorks?
Yes. Wheelchair rentals are $10 (tax inclusive) per visit, limited quantity available per day. Rented wheelchairs are not permitted to leave the building. Please view our ADA policy.What is the minimum age requirement for unaccompanied children to enter WonderWorks?
Children under age 14 must be accompanied by a Guest age 14 or older to enter WonderWorks.What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Travelers Checks and all major US Credit Cards.Are there lockers?
Lockers are available for $3.00 with a 3 hour time limit.Can I exit the attraction and return later in the day?
Yes, an Orlando attraction ticket allows unlimited fun all day, come and go as you please.Are there any restrictions for any of the rides?
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a guest 13 or older to enter the attraction.
Do you offer school field trips?
- 4D Theater Ride – Must be at least 40” ( 3’4″ )
- Wonder Coaster – Must be at least 48″ (4′) to participate or 42″ with an adult.
- Ropes Course – Must be at least 42″ ( 3’6″ ) with an adult or 48″ ( 4′ ) to participate alone. Maximum height is 80″ ( 6’8” ). Closed shoes required. Maximum weight limit is 300 pounds.
- Earthquake – Must be at least 36” ( 3’4″ )
- Astronaut Gyro – Weight limit: 250 lbs per person on 2 seater Gyro. 54” min height; 76″ max height. Feet must touch the foot platform or you cannot ride.
- Warning: This attraction has exhibits with flashing lights and motion which may not be suitable if you have heart problems, diabetes, vertigo, seizures or any other light/motion sensitivities.

Your ticket is valid anytime within a year of purchase.*Does not apply to the Dinner Show/VIP Ticket. In the unlikely event that you need to leave the attraction after you enter, please see a member of management and we can accommodate a return visit. Under normal circumstances, refunds cannot be issued if you are in the attraction for more than 25 minutes.*All refund requests must be made on the day of the visit.
