Accessibility Policy
WonderWorks welcomes the general public to enjoy an interactive experience and will make a reasonable effort to accommodate any special needs. Visitors who need special assistance should contact WonderWorks 72 hours prior to their visit allowing sufficient time to arrange for appropriate assistance. WonderWorks will make a reasonable effort to accommodate all of its visitors’ needs.
Wheelchair Accessibility
WonderWorks welcomes the general public to enjoy an interactive experience and will make a reasonable effort to accommodate any special needs.
WonderWorks is wheelchair accessible with elevator access to all levels of the attraction. Wheelchair rentals are available on property for $10 (tax inclusive) per visit, limited quantity available per day. Rented wheelchairs are not permitted to leave the building.
Visually Impaired
Trained service animals are permitted to accompany visitors with disabilities. Exhibits that focus on the sense of touch and feel include: Hurricane Shack, Titanic, Bed of Nails, Pull Yourself Up and Wonder Simulators.

Hearing Impaired
The majority of exhibits within the WonderWorks attraction are visual and include signage to explain how they work.

Sensory Accommodations
WonderWorks offers loaner noise-canceling headphones for any guests who may need them. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis and a valid ID is needed to hold at the time of use.
SERVICE ANIMALS POLICY
WonderWorks follows the ADA guidelines for allowable service animals. Trained service animals are welcome to accompany any guests who require their assistance due to a disability. All other pets or animals are not permitted in the museum.

Service animals must be housebroken and must behave and not bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or WonderWorks team members. Corrective action may be taken if service animals do not behave properly while on-site.

WonderWorks does not share, sell or solicit your information. WonderWorks collects information to better address your questions and concerns.
WonderWorks respects the privacy concerns of the users of its Internet Sites (“Sites”), and has created this privacy statement to explain what information we gather from your visit to our Sites, and how such information may be used.

However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of WonderWorks Internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your IP address is gathered in order to enhance your online experience. Our Sites use various order forms for you to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address), and when appropriate, financial information (your credit card number) to process your request or purchase. Contact information from an order form is used to fulfill orders, and to provide information about our company to you if requested. The contact information is also used to get in touch with you when necessary regarding your order. Financial information that is collected is used to process your request for products and services, and will not be shared with third parties who are not involved with the transaction. WonderWorks may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with WonderWorks rights or property, other WonderWorks web site users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
