Outta Control Dinner Show FAQs

Are reservations required?

We strongly recommend reservations, as our shows often sell out. Tickets are often not available the day of. We recommend booking at least 24-72 hours in advance.

What time should I arrive for the show?

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the doors open to pick up your tickets at the admissions counter. Doors open at 3:30PM for the 4:00PM show, 5:30PM for the 6PM show and 7:30PM for the 8PM show.

Can I pick my seat?

Seating is on a first come, first serve basis starting toward the front of the stage. We recommend getting to the theatre early if you want to be closer to the stage.

When is the food served?

Once the doors open, you will be seated, and the food service will begin shortly after.

I have a Go-City pass. How do I go about making a reservation?

Simply call 407-351-8800 and select Option 2 for dinner show reservations.

I live outside the US, and I'm trying to purchase tickets online. What form of payment can I use?

As our system does not accept foreign credit cards, please use the Paypal option for purchasing tickets through our website.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child under 3?

Yes, we need to hold a seat, but the ticket is FREE! Remember to select an under 3 ticket at checkout.

Are there any allergy accommodations for the meal?

Yes! Guests who require special requests should mention it to their server upon seating. We are able to accommodate the following:

  • Dairy Allergy – Pizza can be subbed for a hotdog w/fries & chips. Dessert can be subbed for a Rainbow Ice Mini Melts.
  • Gluten Free – We provide a personal gluten-free crust pizza on request & we will sub the dessert for a Rainbow Ice Mini Melts.
  • Nut Allergy – Please note that the cake is made in a factory that has nut use. All other items do not contain nuts. There is always a chance for cross-contamination, because our products come from a facility that does house peanuts. Guests are welcome to bring a small personal meal if they feel safer doing so.
  • Do my tickets for the show include WonderWorks?

    They do not – but our VIP Combo includes both and is the best value!

    Can I get a refund?

    All sales are final and no refunds will be processed.
