WonderWorks Myrtle Beach Celebrates 15 Years with a Local Discount, Spring Break Fun, & the Return of Soar + Explore
As local schools prepare for spring break, WonderWorks Myrtle Beach is inviting students, families, and thrill seekers of all ages to get in on the fun as we celebrate our 15th anniversary. The celebration will include a $15 flash sale for locals, giveaways and contests on their social media, and the seasonal reopening of one of Myrtle Beach’s most thrilling outdoor attractions, Soar + Explore. With the outdoor ropes course and zipline reopening on March 28th, the upside-down house’s anniversary on April 2nd, and spring break in full swing through it all, everyone should put WonderWorks at the top of their spring bucket list.
April 2nd, 2026 marks 15 years since we opened our doors to the public in 2011! We’ll be celebrating in style all day long:
⭐ All residents of Horry, Georgetown, and Brunswick Counties can score a discounted admission ticket of only $15 plus tax, per person. Proof of residency will be required when purchasing the tickets at the box office. (4/2 only.)
⭐ You’ll want to arrive early, because we’ll be spreading the love even further by giving away swag bags to the first 15 families. (4/2 only.)
⭐ Join us in looking back on 15 years of wonderful memories with a photo contest! Visit our contest Facebook post and comment photos from your visit for the chance to be featured on social media or win the Ultimate Wonder Experience prize. Mark your calendars, thrill seekers! The popular Soar + Explore experience at WonderWorks and Broadway at the Beach officially opens for the season on March 28th, 2026, giving visitors a chance to take on the outdoor zipline and ropes course. The zipline sends brave participants soaring 50 feet above water, while the ropes course stands at a towering 40 feet tall. The experiences will be open for guests daily at noon, weather permitting, throughout the spring and summer. Guests will be required to wear closed toe shoes and proper dress. Height and weight restriction information can be found online.
WonderWorks provides excellent opportunities to make learning fun for young minds. The facility is full of exhibits that provide an unforgettable place for an educational adventure as temperatures rise and schools head on break. Guests will especially have a blast experiencing the attraction’s newest exhibits, Magic Canvas AI and SuperBlaster!
Conveniently located at Broadway at the Beach, WonderWorks is a great place for locals and spring break visitors alike. Tickets are all-inclusive, providing guests with unlimited access to over 100 interactive exhibits, as well as the indoor ropes course and laser tag. Families can even upgrade their experience to the ultimate adventure by adding the Soar + Explore outdoor zipline and ropes course.
