WonderWorks, the upside-down house in Syracuse’s Destiny Mall is a must-see. We offer hours of entertainment for your groups and several meal options to choose from. Additionally, if you need a departure or entry time that is outside our current hours we can accommodate this request depending on group size!

Group Requirements
- Advance reservations required for all groups
- Minimum of 15 paid admissions required to qualify for group rates on Syracuse group tickets
We welcome all group types: Students, Youth, Seniors, Families, Corporate, and more!
Payment and Comp Policies
- 50% deposit is due 15 days prior to arrival
- Final guest count and final payment are due 72 hours prior to arrival
- One (1) Tour Escort will receive complimentary admission for every 50 paid guests
Hours of Operation
- Open times vary and can be modified for your group!
- Suggested visit time: 3-4 hours
